They said they would challenge the revocation of the occupation certificate and notices sent to it by Brihanmumbai Electricity Supply and Transport (BEST) asking why their power and water supply should not be disconnected.

The residents’ petition is likely to be filed on Tuesday seeking urgent relief since the BEST has said it would disconnect electricity by 10 am that day. The water supply is likely to be cut by Wednesday. HTC
