RGPV camp for baseball, softball

A THREE -day coaching camp of baseball and softball players to select teams of the Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya (RGPV) began here today.

According to RGPV sports officer Firoz Zaidi, over 90 players are participating in the camp. The selected teams will participate in the All- India Inter-University Baseball Championship to be organised in Rohtak from January 28. Softball championship will be organised in Chandigarh from February 5.

The camp is being organised under the guidance of LNCT sports officer Pankaj Jain. AK Singh and reader Suresh Kushwaha inspected the camp on the inaugural day. They extended their wishes to the players.
