Roddick installed as favourite for men's title

American Andy Roddick was installed as favourite to win the Wimbledon men's singles title by British bookmakers William Hill after top seed and defending champion Lleyton Hewitt's first round defeat on Monday.

Roddick, champion on grass at the Stella Artois Championships a week ago, is quoted at 11-4 with Andre Agassi second favourite on 100-30. Serena Williams is an overwhelming favourite to retain her women's singles titles.
