In cases of molestation, the police will complete the probe and file the chargesheet within 48 hours.

Rohtak IGP Alok Mittal issued directions in this regard to Rohtak, Panipat, Jhajjar and Sonepat police.

"In New Year, the focus will be to restore people's confidence in police by going tough on criminals," Mittal added.
