The rupee symbol is now finally available on a keyboard. The new Lenovo ThinkCentre M60e is one of India’s first desktop with the rupee symbol on its keyboard that is Microsoft compatible. Lenovo will incorporate the rupee symbol in all its products in the next few months.
This initiative is in line with the Government of India’s regulations for PC manufacturers to make the new rupee symbol a standard introduction in all PCs sold in India.
