The demands include formation of state-level regional rural banks (RRB) de-linking them from sponsor banks, revision of entire financial package and rights to RRB staff as per bipartite settlement, setting up of an Apex Level Negotiating Forum and parity of superannuation benefits, said All-India Regional Rural Bank Employees' Association general secretary DK Mukherjee.
The Association members would stage a dharna along with fraternal trade unions in each RRB on February 28, to be followed by another dharna before Parliament on March seven in support of their demands.
