Salman Khan's mother stable now

The condition of Salman Khan's mother Salma Khan, who was admitted to Leelavati Hospital in Mumbai, was stable.

"She is under observation and is responding to treatment," the sources added.

Salma was hospitalised on Monday night when she complained of anxiety and chest pain soon after Salman was sentenced to five years' rigorous imprisonment in a black buck poaching case by a Jodhpur court.

Salma's younger son and actor Sohail Khan was at the hospital with his mother the whole night, sources said adding that her husband Salim Khan and daughter-in-law Malaika Arora Khan visited her on Monday.
