Sanjeev Singh returns as Bhopal IG

THE STATE Government today issued promotion orders for three IPS officers of the rank of Inspector General of Police (IG) to the rank of Additional Director General (ADG) with new postings.

THE STATE Government today issued promotion orders for three IPS officers of the rank of Inspector General of Police (IG) to the rank of Additional Director General (ADG) with new postings.

The officers who have been promoted include IG (Bhopal Range) Surendra Sinh who has been posted as ADG (Fire Services), IG (Railway) PL Pandey posted as ADG (Complaints and Police Reforms) and IG (SAF) Vijay Shukul as ADG (Railway). Meanwhile, OP Garg, who was posted as ADG (Railway) has been posted as ADG, Special Armed Forces.

Sanjeev Kumar Singh, Deputy Transport Commissioner (Gwalior) has been posted as IG, Bhopal Range. The post fell vacant due to promotion of Surendra Sinh. Sanjeev Kumar Singh has served as SP in Bhopal for a long time. Later he had also been DIG Bhopal Range. Now he will be holding the post of IG Bhopal Range.
