SC moved against Govt decision on Quattrocchi

A petition was filed against Govt action that there was no link between the funds of Quattrocchi and Bofors case.

A petition was on Thursday filed in the Supreme Court against the Government action telling the Crown Prosecution Service, London, that there was no link between the funds in two frozen accounts of Italian businessman Ottavio Quattrocchi and the Bofors payoff case.
