Sehwag thrilled with 'great' century

India's Virender Sehwag was thrilled after scoring his second Test hundred against Australia in the second Test on Friday.

The opening batsman scored a typically aggressive 155 to almost single-handedly give India the upper hand on day two with the hosts 291 for six at stumps, a 56-run first innings lead. They lost the first match of the four-Test series by 217 runs.
"I feel it's a great hundred, especially coming against the world champions. I'm very happy," he said. "It was a bit tough because I had not scored too many runs coming here.
"But it was only a matter of time before I played a good innings."
The 25-year-old scored his seventh century, his second against Australia following his 195 in the third Test in Melbourne last December.
He said he had purposely curbed his natural attacking game in the morning to ensure the Australians were put under pressure.
"I realised I should try and spend more time at the wicket which would help the later batsmen.
"The more we made the Australian bowlers toil in the heat, it became better for us.
"If we bat well tomorrow, we can still add another 100 runs which will be good when Australia bat again.
"We have a good chance to win."
