Shiney Ahuja who has been accused of raping his housemaid may have signed a film but his past has not ceased to torment him.



Recently, Vauishali Desai who had been signed opposite the actor walked out, as she did not want to work opposite Shiney, reported Mid Day. The film was apparently being produced by Pooja Bedi.

Vaishali made her debut with Jackie Bhagnani in Kal Kissne Dekha.

The site states that initially the project had Adhyayan Suman in the lead but later Shiney was roped in which somehow, was not acceptable to his co-star.

The website quoted Vaishali as saying, "I have opted out of Shunya, and it's because of some personal reasons I don't wish to reveal. It's true that the film was first offered to Adhyayan, but later on they decided to go ahead with Shiney."
