Shoot-out near Noida court premises, one hurt

Three persons open fire at one Davendra Kumar of Nangla Charan when he was going to the court in Noida.

A man was shot at on Tuesday and injured near the court premises by three persons, police said.

Three persons opened fire at one Davendra Kumar of Nangla Charan when he was going to the court in Noida Phase-II in connection with a case related to his sister, police said.

Kumar suspected the three accused in the case had fired at him, they said, adding police had registered a case against three.

The injured was rushed to district hospital where his condition is stated to be out of danger.
