Six of family set ablaze in Ferozepur, three dead
In a revenge attack, six members of a family were set afire at their house in Ferozepur district on Thursday. Three of them — an elderly woman and her two minor granddaughters — died, w hile the others were injured.

In a revenge attack, six members of a family were set afire at their house in Ferozepur district on Thursday. Three of them — an elderly woman and her two minor granddaughters — died, w hile the others were injured.
Balwant Singh was sleeping in the courtyard of his house with his wife, three children and mother when three persons climbed the roof from the rear side. They poured petrol on the family and threw a burning wooden torch on them before fleeing the spot.
