"The date for the next tripartite talks can be announced any time by the Centre, possibly within this month, and a solution is possible," Gautama, who is on a visit here, said on the sidelines of inauguration of the Gold Cup football tournament on Sunday.
The Gorkha Janmukti Morcha (GJM) has demanded that the interim set-up proposed by the Centre be implemented in the next political-level talks within the second week of December.
The GJM has started a month-long agitation in the hills and plains to demand early talks and inclusion of the Terai and Dooars in the plains in the interim set-up.
