Sonia to canvass in Kochi

KP Dhanapalan, Ernakulam district Congress Committee, president told reporters here that Sonia Gandhi would arrive here by helicopter after addressing election meetings at Thiruvananthapuram (12 pm) and Tiruvalla (2.30 pm) on May 5.
Congress candidates contesting from three districts of Alapuzha, Thrissur and Ernakulam would be present at the meeting, he said.
About 30,000 people are expected to be present in the meeting, he said.
After a night halt on May 5 at the guest house here,Sonia will travel to Nedumbassery airport by car the next day and take a special flight to Kozhikode, where she is scheduled to address a meeting and later leave for Chennai, he said.
