Soren takes oath as Jharkhand chief minister

Governor Syed Sibte Razi administered the oath of office to JMM chief Shibu Soren at a ceremony in the Raj Bhavan in Ranchi.

Jharkhand Mukti Morcha chief Shibu Soren was on Wednesday sworn in as Jharkhand chief minister.

Soren's party had staked claim to forming the government on Monday, two days after Madhu Koda stepped down as chief minister.
