Talking to mediapersons here at the Circuit House in Varanasi on Tuesday, Yadav said that SP would allot 60 per cent tickets to youth leaders of its frontal organisations such as Samajwadi Yuvjan Sabha, Samajwadi Chhatra Sabha, Samajwadi Lohia Vahini and Mulayam Singh Yadav Youth Brigade.

He said that unemployment allowance was aimed at giving rights to unemployed youths of the State. In response to a query, he denied that efforts to distribute unemployment allowance was meant to lure youths to the party-fold for electoral gains.

He added that unemployment allowance was a commitment of the SP to unemployed youths which was being fulfilled now. He said that when Mulayam Singh Yadav became the Chief Minister, the treasury of the State government was empty and after endless efforts the State government was now in position to distribute unemployment allowance.

Yadav said that booth level committees would be constituted within two months for assembly election across the state. He expressed confidence that the Samajwadi Chhatra Sabha would win all the students union elections of universities and colleges in the state in the next academic session.
