"PM's visit should have been a celebration but the coalition government has turned entire Srinagar into a fortress... imposing restrictions on movement of people and thus misleading Manmohan Singh about the existing situation in the state", JKNPP Chairman Bhim Singh told PTI.

He said Srinagar resembled the Gaza strip due to the heavy security deployment.

About the jamming of mobile services in the summer capital today and tomorrow on account of the PM's visit, he said jamming of mobiles communication has added to the miseries of the people as they are already hit by the bandh called by separatists in wake of the PM's two day visit.
