Khurana said this while presiding over the meeting of senior officials of the UPPCL and the KESCo.
He said revenue recovery could be made on a large scale. He expressed dissatisfaction over the present rate of revenue recovery.
He directed officials they should keep their mobile phones switched on for rendering better consumer services.
He adviced them to take strict action against defaulters. A list of defaulter consumers should be prepared for pursuing the realisation.
Khurana adviced revenue realisation drive be intensified in all the localities to reduce the amounts that were due.
