In fact, there is total anarchy as the warring groups have been coming up with contradictory orders everyday. For instance, there are two different notices pasted outside the college gate and both carry two different dates for the opening of the college. Thus, the girls are at a loss to follow which one.
To make things worse, the college management has locked the principal’s office even as Suprabha V Sahai got the decision from the Chancellor’s office to function as principal and allowed the aggrieved part to file a petition to the V-C. But since the college is locked, Sahai chose to function while sitting from the verandah.
Sahai has also put another lock at the principal’s office and blamed the college management for defying Chancellor’s directives. Interestingly, Sahai took charge from YC Rai, the manager in the presence of ACM. But the college management alleged that Rai does not have any power at all.
It’s the students who are suffering. Interestingly, the LU administration is not coming forward to help the students. Says Pro V-C RS Yadav: “So far neither the girls nor the college management has brought this problem to our notice.
Hence, we cannot do anything. The issue should be brought to our notice.”
