Demonstrations and rallies continued on the second day of his arrest in the state capital and all district headquarters.
The demonstrations in his support were spontaneous on Tuesday. But on Wednesday, they were planned by several organisations under the single banner of India Against Corruption.

Students of several colleges of the city started a rally from Utkal University and later joined the demonstration at the Mahatma Gandhi road.
