Surya Pharma allots 14 lakh shares

The allotees include Creative Capital Services (11.46 lakh shares), Dynamic Finvest Services (4,000), Alka Goyal (41,200) and Rajeev Goyal (2 lakh).

Surya Pharmaceutical Ltd on Monday said it has allotted 13.91 lakh equity shares on preferential basis to several investors.

The company's board of directors in its recent meeting allotted the fully paid equity shares upon conversion of share warrants, the company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.

The company allotted 11.46 lakh equity shares to Creative Capital Services Ltd, 4,000 to Dynamic Finvest Services Pvt Ltd, 41,200 to Alka Goyal and 2 lakh shares to Rajeev Goyal.

The shares of the company were trading at Rs 78.35, down 1.20 per cent at the BSE.
