BURGLARS STRUCK at the Mrignayani handicraft and handloom emporium at New Market and decamped with Rs 60,000 from the cash box.

Police said the theft occurred sometime during the night, came to notice on Saturday morning when the shutter was found raised and the cash was missing. On the complaint of the manager, Dinesh Sharma, the police registered a case.
The emporium was closed at 8:30 pm on Friday. There is no clue about the identity of the thieves. The TT Nagar police are investigating the matter.
