Threat to blow up RDSO

AN E-MAIL threat to blow up the Research Designs and Standards Organistion (RDSO) received by the assistant divisional security commissioner of RDSO sent the cops in a tizzy here on Sunday. The Manaknagar police along with the RPF was rushed to the RSDO. Security officials checked the entire RSDO building late on Sunday night but could not find anything dangerous.

AN E-MAIL threat to blow up the Research Designs and Standards Organistion (RDSO) received by the assistant divisional security commissioner of RDSO sent the cops in a tizzy here on Sunday. The Manaknagar police along with the RPF was rushed to the RSDO. Security officials checked the entire RSDO building late on Sunday night but could not find anything dangerous.

Reports said the assistant divisional security commissioner saw the terror mail while checking the mailbox. The sender had suggested that the threat should not be taken lightly. The official immediately contacted the Manaknagar as well as the Railway police.

After coming to know of the threat, SSP Ashutosh Pandey directed the cops to take all security measures. Pandey later said though nothing suspecting had been found, security had been beefed up at the RDSO as a precautionary measure. He said RPF jawans had also been posted on the campus.

Shramjivi Exp hoax
n Panic gripped Shramjivi Express passengers on Sunday when an anonymous caller informed the GRP that a bomb was planted on the train. Furthermore, an unclaimed suitcase was found in the general compartment, adding to the panic. The train was stopped in Sultanpur and searched. But, nothing was found during the search operation.
