Delivering the verdict on Friday, the judge of a Fast Track Court MP Chaudhary awarded life term to Jayshri, Yogendra and Mahendra for murdering a villager Pancham in 1996. Jayshri and Yogendra are brothers.

According to the prosecution, Pancham Ram and his son had gone to Benipur village under Mirjamurad police station on April 8, 1996.

Yogendra and Jayshri had an old enmity with Pancham. They had tied Pancham with a tree and started beating them up. The son of Pancham had fled and called the family members. But when the family members of Pancham had reached the spot, he was beaten to death.
