Narsinghgarh Judicial Magistrate First Class Vishal Sharma sent Nathulal, Mahesh and Hariprasad to judicial custody till July 19 on the charge of killing Boda Block Kisan Congress president Devnarayan Chourasia on July three, after they were produced in the court.

The accused were arrested yesterday after Kisan-Mazdoor Congress office-bearers on Monday petitioned the Superintendent of Police Dr Asha Mathur demanding that the culprits should be arrested soon.

The accused had allegedly killed Chourasia with rods while he was returning on a motorbike to his village Gagar from Mohua.

The deceased allegedly had some illicit relationship with a woman of Mohua village following which the accused killed him, police added.
