Parking On Weekdays/Weekends: Easy. The parking lot gets dark and lonely as the evening progresses, especially in the winter months. The last time it made news, it was because of the rape of a Swiss diplomat.

If there were an award for the lousiest service in the city, this bar would beat the competition by miles. You have to make a real effort to get the attention of the surly servers, and get them to part with the menu, or even a glass of water. And don't be surprised if you're served your food without any crockery and cutlery. The menu is a mix of average Chinese, Italian and Indian. With a new pub sprouting in the city daily, Tonic will have to undergo a dramatic attitude change if it wishes to survive in the intensely competitive market. It's a classic case of a good-looking bar delivering nothing but grief.
