Tribal rebels fire 200 rockets at Pak gas fields

Tribal militants fired more than 200 rockets at gas fields and the main base of paramilitary forces in southwestern Pakistan, injuring one soldier and damaging part of the base, an official said on Saturday.

The rockets were shot late on Friday and early on Saturday by supporters of a renegade tribal elder in Dera Bugti, about 300 kilometers east of Quetta, the capital of Balochistan province, said Abdul Samad Lasi, the region's top government official.
