Two CPI-ML men killed, one kidnapped

Bodies of three of the two CPI (ML) sympathisers were recovered from the banks of the Sone river.

Bodies of three of the two CPI (ML) sympathisers abducted from Bihar's Bhojpur district on Wednesday, were recovered on Friday from the banks of the Sone river in the same district.

Superintendent of Police Umesh Kumar said mutilitated bodies of Hiralal Mahto and Lallan Mahto were found at the banks of the Sone. The third abducted person, Devnarain Mahto, was still missing.

It was not not immediately known whether the bodies were thrown into the river to be washed ashore.

The three were kidnapped when the victims were on their way from their natve village English village to Kachwaa Bazaar in Rohtas district on Wednesday.

Senior police officials alongwith police party have rushed to spot. The situation was stated to be tense but under control, the SP added.

Meanwhile, Bhojpur district secretary of CPI-ML Ashok Singh told PTI that his party would obserbe protest day tomorrow against the incident demanding immediate arrest of the abductors.
