Two CRPF jawans killed in J&K terrorist attack

Terrorists opened fire on the CRPF patrol at around 11.35 am killing a jawan on the spot while the other died on way to hospital.

Two CRPF jawans were killed and another injured when terrorists attacked their patrol party in Dalgate area of the city on Tuesday, official sources said.

A civilian was also injured in the attack, which took place near a crowded bus stop in area.

Police assisted by other security forces have cordoned off the area and launched a manhunt for the assailants, the sources said.

No terrorist outfit has claimed responsibility for the attack so far.
