"Corruption can't be by only one individual though he (Koda) was the centre of it. The UPA allies supported his government. Therefore the possibility of distribution of "profits of crime" among them cannot be ruled out," senior BJP leader Arun Jaitley told a news conference in Ranchi.

Commenting on the findings of the Income Tax department raids on various premises, including those of Koda, Jaitley alleged that there was an attempt to slow down investigations and expressed surprise over the case not being handed over to a state investigating agency or to the CBI.

He asked the UPA to use its 'much-hyped' Right To Information Act and make public the names in the diary found during the raids.

"Instability helps people like Koda to entrench through corruption and then bargain for their political support," Jaitley said.

Koda is still supporting the UPA and there is a debate in the Congress whether to take his support or not, he said.
