The need of the hour was to take a strong action on the terror front in the aftermath of Mumbai terror attacks, BJP chief Rajnath Singh told a rally at Ballabgarh here.
However, the Congress-led dispensation had proved itself totally incompetent in tackling the menace, he said.
BJP leader and former Union Minister Sushma Swaraj, who also addressed the rally, accused the Congress of neglecting youths who constituted a large chunk of country's population.
For the Congress, "a youth means son of a big leader", she said wooing voters for her party for the upcoming Lok Sabha election.
INLD leader Om Parkash Chautala targeted the Congress government in Haryana in his speech at the rally.
