US provides aid to Bhutanese refugees in Nepal

The US has extended a grant of $750,000 to the US World Food Programme for feeding Bhutanese refugees sheltered in Nepal.

The US has extended a grant of 750,000 dollars to the United Nations World Food Programme for feeding Bhutanese refugees sheltered in Eastern Nepal.

The US State Department's Bureau of Population, Refugees, and Migration provided the funds as part of a recent $11.5 million donation to the WFP.
