The HSPCB also issued challans to consumers and distributors who were found using polybags on Thursday. Headed by HSPCB regional director Pradeep Yadav, officials inspected several vegetable markets in Sheetla Mata Mandir area.
They also distributed 1,000 jute bags to people. Since January this year, the HSPCB has issued challan to 379 persons.
