From a state that's famous for its cooks comes this stall that serves authentic food from the hills - notably the Chudkani, Tor and Geth dals, the radish saag known as Thilchoni, and the Patuda-Patud, which is made with yam leaves. Also available are momos and thukpas celebrating the Tibetan presence in the hill state. The Saag Kafli lends a Pahari flavour to the familiar spinach. The Pahari Rajmah is also worth trying. All these dishes, though, may not be available all the time.
