The IIT-BHU has decided to do away with the traditional black robe at its convocation ceremony to be held on Wednesday.

The boys will be seen wearing a dhoti or a pyjama and cream kurta while girls will either don a white salwar and cream kameez or a cream saree paired with a white blouse at the event where former president APJ Abdul Kalam is the chief guest.
