After reaching the Jeet Singh stadium in Agra, they were told that no recruitment was being held there and were asked to go to another stadium, the SSP said.

But on reaching the spot, they were told that candidates hailing from Uttar Pradesh only would be allowed to appear in the test on October 10, Arora said.

This enraged the youth who indulged in violence, he said, adding no one was arrested in this connection and the situation was under control.
