War room case: Abhishek Verma booked

Verma, who has denied involvement in the case, was arrested on July 21 and is currently in judicial custody.

The CBI on Thursday filed a chargesheet against Abishek Verma, the son of a former Congress MP, in the navy war room leak case.

The chargesheet was filed in the court of Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Seema Maini, CBI sources said.

The agency charged Verma with allegedly indulging in a criminal conspiracy to spy.
