Q: Dear Mr Mohandeep,
I have been reading a lot of your articles and have been deeply intrigued by some of them. There is some thing that I want to know. We have been gifted a metallic Feng Shui painting of a bird (hen like) looking up at the sun with mountains in the background. What is the symbolic meaning of this painting and what is the ideal location to hang it in my bedroom. I would be really thankful to get some advice on this from you.
Regards,

A: Dear Mrs Sehgal,
This `hen` seems to be Phoenix and if it is the right picture it can be very good tool to garner Fame & Glory. Phoenix is the symbol of immortality and also of rising from the ashes, the way it happened to this miracle called Amitabh Bachchan. I have seen scores of instances where the right Phoenix placed in the right sector has been very effective. However, it is difficult to comment on a picture without seeing it.

Q: Dear Sir,
I would like to ask you what would be the most appropriate symbol (kanji character) to place on the floor at a reception in the office which I am currently organizing in Warsaw (Poland).

This is a small office dealing with Japanese business partners. As there is not much space maximum two characters could be placed on the floor.
Thank you for your help.

A: Please don't place any feng shui symbol on the floor. The result can be disastrous. It is also considered wrong and inauspicious as people would step on the symbols. Imagine a cross, instead. Most symbols are sacred...very effective, very auspicious if placed in proper directions

Q:Respected Mohandeepji
Namaskar
Its nice to read all your suggestions and guidance on HindustanTimes.com. My date of birth is July 20, 1963, time 5:55 am. My question is can we, the readers, follow the suggestions as prescribed for others if it suits our problem areas?

My problem is that I am in the service of the underprivileged from 1981 but till date I have not been able to come to a path from where I can lead people in the right direction. I send mail/emails/make phone calls but the reply has never been in the positive whereas my suggestions to other fellow NGO workers have been bearing good response. Please suggest.
Thanks and regards

A: Dear Key Kew,
Yes and No. The general advice can be followed but the advice that depends on the dates of birth is exclusively for that person. I can understand your plight while running the NGO. You need to enhance your Fame & Recognition corner and also to sit in the Power sector of your office. You can also acquire the painting (or print) of the Greedy Dragon of Ambition to place it in the Northwest. It is available at http://www.fengshuimiracle.com.
If you are serious about your efforts you should opt for professional consultation, instead.
