A 32-year-old woman allegedly committed suicide after poisoning her three children after heated argument with her husband, police said Friday.

A 32-year-old woman allegedly committed suicide after poisoning her three children after heated argument with her husband, police said on Friday.

The family members have refused to file an FIR and stated that they do not want any action in the case.

Saina yesterday poisoned her children Neha (8), Abujar (5) and Bilal (8 months) and consumed poison. All of them were rushed to hospital where she along with her two children died.

The youngest child Bilal is in critical condition.

The incident took place a day after Saina had a heated argument with her husband Mehraaz (35), police said.

The family members have refused to file an FIR and stated that they do not want any action in the case.

Police, however, have sent the bodies for postmortem and are investigating the matter.
