A young woman Naxalite surrendered before the authorities in Gadchiroli, police said on Saturday.
The Naxalite, identified as Kalpana Jantri Madavi (24) confessed before the police that she belonged to Darekasa Dalam and was actively involved in a number of encounters and land mine blasts.
She did not carry any weapons at the time of surrender before the the Superintendent of Police Gadchiroli on Friday, police said.
