Her lawyer told metropolitan magistrate MS Bhatt the report supplied by the SIT to the complainant was "incomplete" because it did not have documents like fire brigade registers of Ahmedabad city, mobile call CDs submitted by IPS Rahul Sharma, SIT progress reports submitted to the Supreme Court periodically and comments of SIT chief RK Raghavan on the closure report.

The complainant has also asked for the preliminary report filed by SIT member AK Malhotra before the Supreme Court on May 12, 2010.

"We have asked for certain documents ... We will need those documents to prepare a protest petition challenging the closure report," Sadik Sheikh, Zakia's lawyer, said.
