"The cold-blooded murder of the two innocent Sikhs is brutal and insane and it amounts to an offence against humanity," Rajasthan Sikh Samaj said passing a resolution at an emergency meeting here.
Vice-President of the Samaj, Satwant Singh urged the Prime Minister, Union Home Minister and the state governor and chief minister to convey to Pakistan that "no talks is possible with Pakistan until action is taken against the perpetrators of the inhuman and barbaric act."
