Sachin pilots bypoll campaign, asks cadre to expose govt ‘cons’

Pradesh Congress chief Sachin Pilot kicked off campaign for bypolls for two Lok Sabha and an assembly constituency on Durga Asthami here on Thursday.
Pilot was here to lead a cycle rally to protest against rising prices of petrol and diesel.
Addressing party workers after the rally he asked party workers to fasten their belts for the forthcoming bypolls for Ajmer and Alwar parliamentary seats and Mandalgarh assembly constituency.
He called upon the party workers to reach out every household in the district to convey the agenda of Congress party. “Knock at the door of every voter and expose how the ruling party has conned them (people)”, said Pilot.
People are suffering they are in great distress and living under fear in the current regime in the state said Pilot. Citing a incident of Jaipur he said, “Businessmen in Jaipur told me that they are in great distress as their business have taken a hit after demonetisation and implementation of GST but they cannot come out in open to protest fearing armtwisting by the government through its various agencies like ED, Sales Tax Department, CBI etc”, said Pilot.
Pilot also announced to take out a 100 kilometers march from Baran to Jhalawar. “We will begin our march on October 2 and culminate on 6 October at Jhalawar to take on Chief Minister Raje on her home turf to press the government to waive off farmers loan”, said Pilot. State’s farmer is in great distress and is under deep debt, 75 farmers have committed suicide but Raje government has no time to listen their woes, said Pilot. we will explode in Jhalawar to awake the sleeping government he added.
