Six killed in road accident in Sikar

Six persons were killed on the spot and another injured when a jeep collided head-on with a bus on NH 11 in Sikar district, police said.

Six persons were killed on the spot and another injured when a jeep collided head-on with a bus on NH 11 in Sikar district, police said on Tuesday.

The accident occurred late last night when the jeep, going to Sikar, was hit by the bus heading for Padampur, they said.

All those killed were travelling by the jeep whereas the only person injured was in the bus, they said, adding that his condition is stated to be out of danger.
