The planes, including a British Airways flight from London, were diverted to the NSCB International airport due to poor visibility due to fog conditions over Dhaka.

Three Dhaka-bound planes, including a British Airways flight from London, were diverted early on Saturday to the NSCB International airport due to poor visibility due to fog conditions over Dhaka.

Airport sources said the BA flight, which landed shortly around 2 am, took off for Chittagong in morning as the conditions in Dhaka did not improve.

The other two aircraft, one belonging to Air France and the other to a middle-east country, were still at airport.
