Asked where she was now after leaving Jaipur, Nasreen said "I am not in a position to talk. I am shattered".
To another question, the Bangladesh writer said she still believed that Kolkata is a secular and democratic place.
Nasreen on Friday left for Delhi by road after an overnight stay in Jaipur following security concerns.
The Bangladeshi writer was secretly moved out of Kolkata on Thursday and taken to Jaipur after a violent protest by All India Minority Forum on Wednesday demanding cancellation of her visa.
