No college life is complete without addas on the lush green lawns over lunch or prep studies, or sightings of the sweetest bird from the window in the middle of a boring lecture. Don’t we all yearn for picture perfect campuses and clean air to breathe; a college which encourages both clutter-free minds and spaces?

In our drive to find the cleanest college on campus, we decided to pit the high-on-green Jawahar Lal Nehru University against Maharaja Agrasen College to know which college rules the roost when it comes to being absolutely spick and span.

Viranchi Singh from Maharaja Agrasen College, supported by Full On Punjabi RJ Avinash, took the plunge and argued, "Our college believes in practicality and eco-friendly practices. We have a ‘zero impact on environment club’ as well, which ensures that our college is absolutely clean. Our staff and students are very environmentally conscious."

Neha Kamrani from JNU, supported by Dilli Ke Do Dabangg, RJs Abhilash and Manu, was quick to counter. "Ye toh green hua, clean kaise? Hum batate hain clean kya hota hain. Humare college ki super-efficient aayah aunties hi nahi balki sabhi students college ko clean rakhne mein help karte hain. We organise many plantation and cleanliness drives not only for the college but for the city too. And our dustbins are not just showpieces," she said. As the debate came to an end, JNU was declared winner by audience vote.
