‘Spirits high’: Inside Gul Panag’s cycling expedition to Ladakh

Gul is living the dream of many of us – she is traveling to Ladakh on cycle. Here’s how her journey has been so far.

Gul Panag is setting the fitness bar higher for us. The actor loves to travel and equally loves her fitness routine. This time, she decided to merge both and give us travel as well as fitness goals to conquer. Gul, a few months back, promised her Instagram fans that she is onto something new which will be slowly announced. A few months back, Gul announced that she will be taking up cycling in the mountains more seriously and working on herself. Gul, since then, have been sharing snippets of her fitness journey on her Instagram profile. From taking her first training in the mountains and getting stuck in a downpour to breaking the chain of her cycle on the road to calling up her dad to come and fix it for her, Gul’s cycling journey has been a treat for us to know.

Gul soon decided to take the journey to Ladakh – but on a cycle. She gave us immense fitness goals by doing the impossible, and also the thing that many of us dream of doing. Taking her cycle to Ladakh has been a journey in itself which she has constantly kept her Instagram fans updated about. Gul, a day back, shared a short snippet of herself traveling with her cycling crew in the lush mountains of Ladakh. The actor, dressed in white T-shirt and black tights, can be seen geared up in her cycling helmet as she can be seen cycling with her friends in the mountains. The actor shared the reel featuring the dreamy mountains and the valleys of Ladakh. Safe to say, Gul is living the dream of many.

Cycling uphill comes with its own set of health benefits. It helps in enlarging muscle cells, and building muscles over time. It also helps in engaging the quads, glutes and calves. Gul, cycling through the mountains to Ladakh is giving us fitness goals, travel FOMO and major travel goals to conquer. BRB, going to grab our cycle helmets and travel places.
