Judicial Magistrate Brajendra Tripathi issued the bailable warrants yesterday after the three failed to appear in the court or move any exemption applications despite several summons.

He fixed May 10 for further hearing of the case.

The court earlier dismissed an application moved by the Uttar Pradesh government seeking withdrawal of the case against the three officials of the city-based diversified company.

A chargesheet was filed in February 2003 against them for unlawful gain, misappropriation of public funds and forgery in a company deposit scheme.
